Warranty and Service

At New Comfort, we attach great importance to the reliability of each massage chair. At every stage, from production to delivery, we strictly monitor quality to ensure long-term use.

Warranty for private individuals

Each massage chair is covered by a standard warranty period, during which we offer free service to ensure the proper functioning of the chair. The standard warranty period for consumer use is 24 months by law. However, we offer an extended warranty of 36 months from the date of issue of the warranty card.

Extension of the warranty period

Our offer also includes the possibility to extend the standard warranty period to 5 years under the same conditions as the standard warranty.

The cost to extend the standard warranty for all massage chairs is €199 per year.
The standard warranty period applies to use of the massage chair for up to 5 hours per day, which equates to 20 massage sessions of 15 minutes per day – more than enough for a family of six.

Guarantee for companies

Massage chairs used for commercial purposes or intensive work, sold for business purposes, are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of issue of the warranty card, in accordance with the law.

Extension of the warranty period

With a Business Warranty for companies, just like with the standard warranty for consumers, it is possible to purchase an additional warranty period of up to 3 years. Thanks to the right protection of our massage chairs, it is not necessary to order additional service inspections during the protection period.

The cost of extending the Business Warranty by one year is €399.
The cost of extending the Business Warranty by two years is €898.
The above warranty periods do not apply to refurbished (outlet) massage chairs, for which the warranty is 3 months from the date of delivery.

Important!

It is not possible to extend the warranty on refurbished (outlet) massage chairs.

Service and repairs after the warranty period

We take good care of our massage chairs, that is why we offer after-warranty service after the standard or extended warranty period. The service is carried out in the same way as during the warranty period, except that we confirm the cost of the execution before the technician arrives.

Service execution

We have a professional and mobile service team that is well trained and equipped with all necessary tools and parts. We offer service throughout the country. During the warranty period we offer a free home service. In case of a defect, our service team will come on the agreed date and carry out the complete repair on site.
