At New Comfort, we place great value on the reliability of every massage chair. At every stage, from production to delivery, we strictly monitor quality to ensure long-term use.
Warranty for private individuals
Every massage chair comes with a standard warranty, during which we offer free service to ensure the chair's proper functioning. The standard warranty for consumer use is 24 months by law. However, we offer an extended warranty of 36 months from the date the warranty card is issued.
Extension of the warranty period
Our offer also includes the option to extend the standard warranty to 5 years under the same terms and conditions as the standard warranty. The cost of extending the standard warranty for all massage chairs is €199 per year. The standard warranty covers use of the massage chair for up to 5 hours per day, which equates to 20 massage sessions of 15 minutes per day – more than enough for a family of six.
Guarantee for companies
Massage chairs used for commercial purposes or intensive work, sold for business purposes, are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of issue of the warranty card, in accordance with the law.
Extension of the warranty period
With a Business Warranty, just like the standard consumer warranty, it's possible to purchase an extended warranty term of up to 3 years. Thanks to the proper protection of our massage chairs, there's no need to order additional service inspections during the protection period. Extending the Business Warranty by one year costs €399. Extending the Business Warranty by two years costs €898. The above warranty periods do not apply to refurbished (outlet) massage chairs, which have a warranty term of 3 months from the date of delivery.
Important!
For refurbished (outlet) massage chairs it is not possible to extend the warranty.
Service and repairs after the warranty period
Even after the standard or extended warranty period expires, you can count on us. We continue to provide support with after-warranty service , performed with the same careful care as during the warranty period.
The only difference: we agree with you in advance what the costs for the service or repair will be , so you will never be faced with any surprises.
Service execution
We have a professional, mobile service team that is well-trained and equipped with all the necessary tools and parts. We offer service nationwide. During the warranty period, we offer free on-site service. In the event of a defect, our service team will arrive on the agreed-upon date and carry out the full repair on-site.

Massage Chair Warranty Card
VOF Charisma, located at Techniekweg 6 in Leerdam, with VAT number NL853699057B01 and Chamber of Commerce number 59929928, guarantees the proper functioning of the massage chair for a standard period of 12, 24 or 36 months. In the case of an extended warranty, this applies for the longer period, as stated in the issued purchase document (invoice/receipt). Defects to the massage chair that come to light during the warranty period will be remedied free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium by an authorized service center according to the conditions below:

Validity of the warranty card
The warranty card is only valid together with the original proof of purchase of the massage chair. -
Warranty period start date
The warranty period commences on the date of delivery of the massage chair to the User. -
Applicable law
For matters not covered by this warranty card, the provisions of Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees apply. -
Territorial validity
The warranty is valid in the Netherlands and Belgium. -
Reporting defects
A defect in the massage chair and the associated need for repair must be reported immediately, but no later than 30 days after discovery of the defect. A defect must be reported via the service report form. -
Execution of the repair
The Guarantor reserves the right to carry out repairs on site at the User's premises or in its own buildings. The transport costs are borne by the Guarantor. The authorized service will carry out the repair within 21 working days, calculated from the date of notification of the repair. -
Exclusions from the warranty
The standard or extended warranty only covers the use of the massage chair for up to 8 hours per day. The warranty does not cover:- defects caused by mechanical damage to the equipment by the User,
- damage caused by external factors beyond the control of the Manufacturer,
- defects and damage to the equipment resulting from improper use, failure to follow the user manual, improper storage or maintenance,
- unauthorized repairs, modifications or alterations to the design by the User or other unauthorized persons,
- deterioration of product quality due to the natural wear process, such as wear of the outer layer of the product, scratches, etc.

Restrictions and additional rights
This warranty does not limit, suspend or exclude the rights of the buyer arising from the statutory provisions on the warranty for defects in the item sold.

How long is the standard warranty for consumers?
For residential customers, a standard 24-month warranty applies, in accordance with the law. At New Comfort, we automatically extend this to 36 months from the date the warranty card is issued – at no extra cost.
Can I extend the warranty even further?
Yes, you can extend the warranty to up to 5 years . The cost of this extension is €199 per year , under the same terms and conditions as the standard warranty.
What is covered under the warranty?
During the warranty period, we offer completely free in-home service for any technical defects. Our mobile technicians will carry out repairs on an agreed-upon date – quickly, professionally, and at no extra cost.

How long does it take to fix a defect?
We understand you want to enjoy your chair again as soon as possible. That's why we usually schedule a service visit within 5 business days of your notification – depending on availability and location.
Our technicians perform most repairs directly on-site , during a single visit. If a part needs to be ordered, we'll notify you in advance and keep you updated throughout the process.
How intensively can the chair be used within the warranty period?
The warranty covers use for up to 5 hours per day – that's about 20 15-minute massages per day. More than enough for a family of six.
What is the warranty period for business use?
For chairs used commercially or intensively (e.g. in a wellness center, hotel, or company), a 12-month warranty applies from the date of issue of the warranty card.
Can the business guarantee also be extended?
Yes.

Total maximum warranty period for Business use: 3 years
No mandatory periodic maintenance is required during this extended term.
Does the warranty also apply to refurbished or outlet chairs?
No. Refurbished or outlet models have a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. It is not possible to extend this warranty .
