We understand that purchasing a massage chair is an important decision and a significant expense. However, we are so confident in the quality of our products that we are the only company on the market to offer a 30-day return policy on all models!

Our motto "Your comfort comes first" is not just a statement - it is a promise that we keep every day. It is important to us that you are completely convinced of the massage chair you choose. That is why we give you extra time to thoroughly test all the functions of the chair and enjoy the benefits. You have a full 30 days to make a final decision. If for any reason you decide that the massage chair does not meet your expectations, you can return it.

The return conditions are simple and the same as the statutory right of withdrawal. Simply fill out the return form and send it to us. After the massage chair has been picked up by our courier, and if the chair shows no damage, we will refund the full amount within 14 days.

If the massage chair was originally delivered to you:

  • By courier service: Then you need to secure the armchair, place it on a pallet and arrange a courier for the return shipment yourself. You can also use our courier service; for a fee of €120 we will organize the return shipment for you.
  • In the Comfortable Delivery formula: Our specialized delivery staff will then secure and collect the armchair. The costs for returning will be individually agreed with you in that case.

Please note! The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Purchases made as part of business activities. The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals who purchase the massage armchair for their own use and entrepreneurs with consumer rights, for whom the purchase of a massage armchair is not directly related to their business or professional activities.
  • Purchases made using other financing options, such as installment purchase or long-term rental.

Massage Chair Warranty Card

VOF Charisma, located at Techniekweg 6 in Leerdam, with VAT number NL853699057B01 and Chamber of Commerce number 59929928, guarantees the proper functioning of the massage chair for a standard period of 12, 24 or 36 months. In the case of an extended warranty, this applies for the longer period, as stated in the issued purchase document (invoice/receipt). Defects to the massage chair that come to light during the warranty period will be remedied free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium by an authorized service center according to the conditions below:

  1. Validity of the warranty card
    The warranty card is only valid together with the original proof of purchase of the massage chair.

  2. Warranty period start date
    The warranty period commences on the date of delivery of the massage chair to the User.

  3. Applicable law
    For matters not covered by this warranty card, the provisions of Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees apply.

  4. Territorial validity
    The warranty is valid in the Netherlands and Belgium.

  5. Reporting defects
    A defect in the massage chair and the associated need for repair must be reported immediately, but no later than 30 days after discovery of the defect. A defect must be reported via the service report form.

  6. Execution of the repair
    The Guarantor reserves the right to carry out repairs on site at the User's premises or in its own buildings. The transport costs are borne by the Guarantor. The authorized service will carry out the repair within 21 working days, calculated from the date of notification of the repair.

  7. Exclusions from the warranty
    The standard or extended warranty only covers the use of the massage chair for up to 8 hours per day. The warranty does not cover:

    • defects caused by mechanical damage to the equipment by the User,
    • damage caused by external factors beyond the control of the Manufacturer,
    • defects and damage to the equipment resulting from improper use, failure to follow the user manual, improper storage or maintenance,
    • unauthorized repairs, modifications or alterations to the design by the User or other unauthorized persons,
    • deterioration of product quality due to the natural wear process, such as wear of the outer layer of the product, scratches, etc.
  8. Restrictions and additional rights
    This warranty does not limit, suspend or exclude the rights of the buyer arising from the statutory provisions on the warranty for defects in the item sold.
